Uniform

At Wenhaston Primary School we take pride in the appearance of our pupils

Our uniform consists of:

• A white shirt or polo shirt

• Navy blue jumper, cardigan or sweatshirt

• Grey or black trousers or skirt, socks or tights

• Black or navy shoes. 

For Summer 

• Blue and white checked dress or navy, grey or black shorts if you prefer.

Uniform is then delivered to either your home or school. We keep samples in school. 

*** It is not compulsory to wear branded items. The clothing only needs to fit the descriptions here.

P.E.Kit

• For P.E. all children will need trainers for the field, plimsolls if you wish for inside, a white or blue t-shirt, black or navy shorts and a bag to put them in. For PE in cold weather, jogging bottoms and a plain sweatshirt in navy, grey or black are required. 

Art/D.T

• A protective apron for painting should be provided; an old shirt is very suitable.

 Jewellery

• Children should not wear jewellery in school. If the children have pierced ears they can wear stud type earrings only and they must be able to take them out or have their own micropore tape to cover them prior to taking part in P.E. 

If you live in Wenhaston village you may be entitled to a payment form the Pepyn and Lessey Trust to support your child with anything educational, including uniform. Please contact the school and we can put you in touch.
